He helps to ensure the firm has robust and effective plans, policies and procedures in place so that customers experience a high quality service and can feel confident their claim is in good hands.
Michael also deals with customer complaints. He has over a decade of experience in this role. He provides clients with an impartial and readily accessible point of contact to help resolve any concerns they may have. Michael looks after all aspects of the complaints handling process from the point of first contact through to assisting the Legal Ombudsman if necessary.
Michael is a qualified solicitor with many years of claims handling experience. He began his career in one of the country’s largest law firms before deciding to dedicate himself to acting solely for claimants in personal injury claims in specialised legal practices. He remains committed to securing the rights and best interests of individuals who have suffered a loss through no fault of their own.
